Includes an elite body of scholars holding PhD in Sharia and and of deep experience in Islamic financial field.

The Shari’a board guide supervision of activities undertaken by the company in order to ensure their compatibility with Shari’a rules and principles.

In addition, Shari’a board conducts external Shari’a audit and submits an annual report to the General Assembly to express its opinion on the transactions undertaken by the company and the extent of their compliance with the principles of Islamic Shari’a .
